Dimple Patel is a multi-exited entrepreneur and technology leader, with deep experience growing complex international business operations. As CEO of global nature intelligence company, NatureMetrics, Dimple is guiding its rapid growth in response to a new era of nature impact reporting, pioneering novel DNA technologies to democratise nature data at scale.
Strongly rooted in her Indian heritage, she witnessed firsthand the environmental costs of economic growth at her family farm in Gujarat. These experiences led her to study a Master’s in International and Development Economics at Yale, focused on the environmental impacts of growth in developing economies.
With a diverse career at the intersection of economics, technology and sustainability, Dimple has held roles as Fixed Income Trader at Goldman Sachs, co-founder of sustainable coffee chain Love Koffee and CEO at global retail platform, Trouva, navigating the company through COVID and an e-commerce boom, leading to its acquisition by Made.com in 2022. Passionate about social impact and supporting underrepresented founders, Dimple has also held advisory and venture partner roles at Concept Ventures, The BAE HQ, and Highliner Technology.
