Dr. Randa Grob-Zakhary is the CEO and Founder of Insights for Education, a newly-established foundation envisioning a world where decision-making and implementation reflect the best available evidence to reach each child and improve outcomes for every learner. She is also a Board Member representing foundations with the Global Partnership for Education and the former Chair of its Strategy and Impact Committee. As former CEO of the LEGO Foundation and Global Head of Education at Porticus, she launched strategic transformations contributing to systems-level change. She is an established speaker and author on learning and development and served as a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution. She is an alumna of the strategy consultancy McKinsey and earned doctoral degrees in medicine & neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University.
