Ekaterina (Katia) Vostroknutova is a lead economist in the World Bank’s Eastern Europe and Central Asia Region. She holds a PhD in economics from the European University Institute, in addition to a degree in applied mathematics from Moscow State University and a master’s degree in economics from the European University at St. Petersburg.
