Enno is a Partner at McKinsey & Company leading Digital Manufacturing.
He leads Digital Manufacturing in North America, McKinsey’s the strategic partnership with the Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Institute (DMDII) and is the founder and global leader of McKinsey’s Capability Center Network, a network of 15 training centers, including 5 Digital Capability Centers opened in 2017, that train 15,000 executives and managers from over 300 organizations every year in in customized innovative experiential learning courses.
In his advisory work, Enno supports several Fortune 500 and SME clients across industries in their pursuit of operational excellence, gaining a competitive advantage. He supports clients in innovation, business building, large scale transformations, scaling businesses, and value enhancing strategies. Enno’s industry expertise spans across pharmaceutical, medical devices, automotive, advanced electronics, private equity, food and beverage and fast moving consumer goods.
Before joining McKinsey, Enno was a project manager at BMW. He joined McKinsey in 1999, became partner in 2005 and relocated to McKinsey’s New Jersey location in 2010, after spending more than ten years in the Munich office.
