Tackling bullying in the workplace
Frances McGregor explains her research into workplace bullying.
The focus of Frances' research is on exploring how workplace bullying is understood and experienced by all involved parties as well as the impact this has on those affected and the organisation they are a part of. The structure of HR functions and concerns around real or perceived unfairness and incivility in the workplace, coupled with the resulting effect have led to her consideration of how the voices of perpetrators, bystanders and witnesses must be welcomed into current research and resolution of workplace bullying.
