Francis Sollano

Graduate, University of the Philippines. Francis Sollano is multi-disciplinary creative and social entrepreneur focused on sustainable products, fashion design, and installations art. He pioneered contemporary, trashion art in the Philippines and is known for his takes on upcycling garbage into wearable art.

Co-founder of Youth for a Livable Cebu, he focuses on environmental and civic causes. His campaigns on climate change and urban sustainability has become an inspiration for other communities to conduct their own programs. He is also an educator for the School of Design + Communication at the Southwestern University PHINMA for arts and design. He is also a producer and is acting executive project manager for various local and international exhibitions.
