Japman Bajaj is an award-winning transformational leader. Recognized in 2012 as a Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum, he is an accomplished entrepreneur, a corporate executive, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Trans Canada Trail. He is an author, a champion of diversity and inclusion, and a thought leader and speaker on the business of technology.

Japman is a leading thinker and thought leader in competency based assessment. In his capacity supporting Vametric, Japman is redefining the way the world thinks about human ability, testing and assessment.

Previously, Japman served as senior leader at Long View Systems, leading the Managed Cloud and Infrastructure Services practice Under his leadership, Long View repeated as Microsoft Canada Partner of the year in 2019, as well as winning key awards with Cisco, Citrix, Veeam, and more.

Japman also created and presented a bi-monthly live town hall and podcast which provided a platform for employees, partners, clients, and guests to share their lived experiences, enhancing Long View's approach to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility.

Japman was a co-founder of Soshal Group, a leading national digital media agency providing full-service digital services to Canada's top education, medical, and private sector brands. As with in any startup, Japman wore many hats; he was also responsible for strategic direction and business development, as well as contributing to creative projects for clients. He was also a senior leader with TELUS, leading TELUS’ public sector government relations initiatives in Western Canada with a primary focus on Alberta, and provided input to federal and regional issues as a member of the National Government Relations team.

A tri-sector leader, Japman leads with empathy and storytelling, and focuses on strategy and the importance technology plays in building better business and better societies. He is a storyteller, evangelist, empathetic leader, and passionate about human potential, meditation, and the power of authentic leadership.
