Prior to joining the Alliance, he worked as Cabinet Strategy Advisor to various Ministers in charge of Finance, Digital Economy and Industrialization in Africa. He has led the launch of nation-wide strategies to boost industrialization and encourage digital economy contribution to inclusive growth.
