Businesses have a high impact and dependency on nature. Companies must assess their nature footprint, similar to assessing their carbon footprint.
Jennifer is a partner in Oliver Wyman's Financial Services practice and head of the firm’s Climate and Sustainability practice in the United Kingdom and Ireland. She collaborates with the World Economic Forum on the Nature Action Agenda.
She is committed to driving positive outcomes for her client’s businesses as well as society, and has led strategic and large transformational initiatives that cut across businesses and functions for both private and public sector organisations. As part of her work in Oliver Wyman’s global Climate & Sustainability Platform, Jennifer works with clients to innovate, raise standards, effectiveness, and efficiency in embedding climate and sustainability in their organisations. This includes driving progress on net zero goals, nature positive and sustainable finance.
Jennifer co-founded Oliver Wyman’s Social Impact programme and oversees the programme today. With a focus on social inequality; climate & sustainability; inclusion, equity and diversity; and mental health, it has delivered hundreds of strategic consulting projects to charities. Jennifer is also on the Board of Trustees for the national UK charity Police Now, which works to recruit, develop, and inspire diverse leaders in policing.
Jennifer holds a MChem in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
