He leads PepsiCo’s transformative agenda, PepsiCo Positive (pep+), across three key pillars--Positive Agriculture, Positive Value Chain, and Positive Choices. pep+ is how PepsiCo creates growth and value, by putting sustainability at the center of the company for the benefit of the business, planet, and people. His work includes the strategic framework, governance, and integrated plans of PepsiCo. Jim is responsible for ensuring that sustainability is woven into all decision-making throughout the company and the operating plans of all Business Units.
