How precision medicine is helping to change the future of healthcare
Here are 4 areas where precision medicine is making a difference, and how it will improve healthcare in the future.
I undertook my undergraduate training at the University of Sydney and his PhD at Monash University. I then worked at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, the CSIRO Division of Molecular Biology in Sydney, and the University of Queensland from 1988-2011, where I was the Foundation Chair of Molecular Biology, Director of the Australian Genome Research Facility, Director of the Institute for Molecular Bioscience, ARC Federation Fellow and NHMRC Australia Fellow, before joining the Garvan Institute as Executive Director in 2012.
