Justine is chairperson of Withersworldwide and is a partner of the private client and tax team.

She focuses on advising private clients and financial institutions in relation to tax, trusts and estate planning. She also advises on wills and trust drafting matters as well as on international tax investigations. Justine became global chairperson of Withersworldwide in July 2019.

Justine concentrates on advising families on succession and governance issues. She works with those families to create structures and other legal solutions to implement their long-term succession plans both for their personal assets and their business interests.

Justine is an adviser to the family and trustees of their trusts on UK tax issues and trust structuring issues. The range of work covers investment in a start-up business, personal estate planning, UK tax planning in relation to trust distributions and structuring, advice on regulatory matters for an investment adviser to the trustees and family governance.

She joined Withers in 1999, moving to Geneva in September 2005 to become head of our Geneva office. In 2011, Justine became Head of Swiss Operations. In 2016, she was appointed joint divisional CEO of the global private client and tax team.
