Kathleen Chew serves as Group Legal Counsel, YTL Corporation Berhad and has been involved in all major acquisitions undertaken by the YTL Group across all business segments of the company and its subsidiaries. She was a partner in the law firm Abdul Aziz Ong & Co. in Kuala Lumpur before she joined YTL Corporation Berhad as Legal Adviser. She is also part of the Senior Management Team and Programme Director of YTL Foundation. Kathleen sits on the Board of Governors of Assunta Secondary School, a mission school founded by the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary and on the Board of Trustees of Benenden School in the UK. She is council member of Hospis Malaysia and a trustee of the GAB Foundation and the Dignity for Children Foundation. She is also the Chairperson of Alpha Malaysia, a Christian organization. Kathleen is also a Co-chair of the World Economic Forum on ASEAN 2016.
