Kusum is the Insight Specialist for the Centre for New Economy and Society at the World Economic Forum. She has joined the Forum in February 2020. She works on flagship Forum publications such as the Global Competitiveness Report and the Global Gender Gap Report.
She is passionate about Gender Equality, DE&I issues and development economics. Her academic background is in Gender studies and Economics. Her prior experience includes working in the intersection of Gender and statistics at the ILO and UNICEF.
