Ladislas notably structured a number of innovative finance mechanisms in Europe, including the second Belgium Social Impact Bond aiming to reduce long term unemployment, and the two largest Social Impact Bonds in France tackling foster care and homelessness issues.
Before joining KOIS, Ladislas worked at General Electric and J.P. Morgan. Ladislas is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Université Paris Dauphine.
