Lubomir Varbanov is Managing Director and Head of Public Sector Solutions for Asia Pacific at Swiss Re, where he leads the only group in the insurance industry fully dedicated to partnering with governments, multilateral organisations, sovereign wealth funds, development banks and other public sector entities.
