Mansour Alsaleh

Head, Innovation Hub, Saudi Central Bank

Mansour Alsaleh is currently the head of the Innovation Hub at the Saudi Central Bank. Prior to that Mansour was the director of the WEF Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Saudi Arabia (C4IR) and also lead the Blockchain Platform at the center. He also previously managed the Technical Leaders Program (TLP), the Joint Centers of Excellence Program (JCEP) at (KACST), and was an Associate Professor at KACST. He received Masters and PhD degrees in Computer Science in addition to an executive MBA from Harvard Business School. Mansour has 20 years of professional IT work experience in (1) Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Big Data Analytics, Data Mining and Machine Learning; and (2) Internet, Network, and Data Security and Assurance. Throughout these years, he developed management experience in technology and business innovation, participated in writing science and technology strategies and policies on the country level, and led the development of several technologies and techniques, some of which are currently used by big organizations in both government and private sectors including MoD and Saudi Electricity Company. Mansour is currently actively engaged in managing big-data analytics and cyber-security projects and served as an expert for the Digital Economy Task Force of the G20 for the Trustworthy AI track and also participated in the Science 20 Engagement Group (S20).
