Private equity holds the key to creating quality jobs for millions
Private equity firms in the United States have ownership in companies hiring millions and are in important position to instil quality of job strategies.
Megha Bansal Rizoli is a Director in the Employer Mobilization Practice at Jobs for the Future (JFF), a national nonprofit organization that accelerates the alignment and transformation of the American education and workforce systems to drive equitable economic advancement for all. In this role, she drives strategy for and thought leadership on the role that private sector employers and institutions play in creating quality jobs for everyone. Previously, she was JFF’s Director of Organizational Strategy.
Bansal Rizoli has over 15 years of experience working in strategy and innovation. She started her career working for the federal government, dabbled in research and analytics at the Brookings Institution, and spent close to a decade working on unique, challenging and high-visibility consulting engagements at Monitor Deloitte, where she focused on how large-scale disruptive trends impact organizations, communities and people. She was also a fellow at the World Economic Forum, where she launched a major research initiative and publication at the 50th WEF Annual Meeting in Davos in 2020.
Bansal Rizoli holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MPP from the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University and dual Bachelors degrees from the University of Maryland.
