Mercina Tillemann Perez leads Circle Impact, where she drives initiatives to unlock the benefits of Circle’s technology for underserved communities - creating uncommon coalitions to establish corruption resistant humanitarian aid pipelines, digital financial literacy campaigns, and global pitch competitions. Her work has taken her to various international forums, including the United Nations, G20 Summit, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, European Parliament, and the U.S. Congress, where she has presented on human-centric tech. Experienced in strategic planning, she has drafted pandemic plans and protocols for some of the largest U.S. cities and has worked in the offices of Nancy Pelosi and the Human Rights Commission of the U.S. Congress. Driven by a desire to create a more just and prosperous world, she has advised Fortune 100 companies and state and national governments on technology and public health. Mercina holds a degree in Bioethics, Political Science, and Law from Yale University.
