Mickey Levy is Chief Economist at Blenheim Capital Management and a member of the Shadow Open Market Committee. He is also on the Governance Board of the Research Alliance for New York City Schools. His research focuses on monetary and fiscal policies and how they influence economic and financial market behavior, and issues in banking and risk management.
