Mike Gallaher is a Fellow, Digital Trade, at the World Economic Forum. His work focuses on cross-border digital finance, data flows, and fintech policy. Previously, he was the Director of Partnerships for Global Policy at Visa. He also worked as a policy researcher and advocate at a number of non-profits, government agencies, and think tanks, including the Brookings Institution based in Washington, D.C. Mike holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
