Nick is the CEO and President of Oliver Wyman Group and Vice Chair of Marsh McLennan. He is responsible for Oliver Wyman’s strategy and growth, as well a leading Marsh McLennan’s firm-wide initiatives on climate and sustainability.
Nick has worked with chief executives and other senior leaders of the world's top companies on topics spanning governance, strategy, sustainability, financial and risk management and public policy & regulatory response. He led Oliver Wyman’s Financial Services practice as well as our Consumer, Industrials and Services practices, representing each of these businesses on the firm’s Global Leadership Team. Nick has also worked extensively on industry and public policy initiatives. He has supported the IIF and FSB, the World Economic Forum on the Role of Financial Services in Society, was a founding Director of TheCityUK, a founding member of the FICC Markets Standards Board, a member of the UK’s Voluntary Carbon Markets Steering Committee and Interim Chair of the Sustainable Markets Initiative Energy Transition Task Force.
Nick is a keen advocate of inclusion and a sponsor of diversity – he leads the firm’s inclusion and belonging strategy, is executive sponsor of Oliver Wyman’s racial and ethnic diversity group and has been named a Top 20 advocate by INvolve/EMpower.
Nick graduated with a First Class Honors degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University.
