What the World Cup can teach businesses about teamwork
Sport and business share many similarities - and soccer is no exception, as the recent World Cup shows.
Dr. Nicole Forrester is an Assistant Professor in the Sport Media program in the RTA School of Media at FCAD. Dr. Forrester’s scholarship centres on the psychology of sport and factors associated with high performance in super elite performers. Specifically, her research interests includes the athlete’s perspective and narrative, the relationship between media and the psychosocial factors associated with high performance, and understanding how athletes make the shift from good to great.
