She has more than 10 years of management consulting experience in Japan with a focus on growth strategy for consumer and retail sector. Her clients include both Japanese and multinational corporations Her experiences in TMS sector includes a global benchmark study of latest data-based analytics offerings by major leasing companies conducted in 2018. Previously, Ms. Kobayashi worked as an analyst for a US activist fund as well as a senior investment professional for Mitsubishi International Corporation based in New York City
