Currently serving as Vice President of Community Impact at America's Promise Alliance. Formerly, led multistakeholder initiatives across the United States to transform inequitable systems to advance more equitable cradle-to-career outcomes with StriveTogether. Previously shaped the City of Chicago’s education and youth policies under Mayor Rahm Emanuel, managing a new $36 million commitment to early learning and launching a connected learning initiative to strengthen summer and out-of-school enrichment opportunities. Volunteers with Chicago-based non-profits. Expertise: educational equity, leadership development, youth policy, asset-based community development, civic engagement, economic mobility, results accountability, facilitation, and collective impact.
