Mr Pawel Jarczewski is exercising the corporate governance over the entities forming Grupa Azoty group. Moreover, Mr Jarczewski is Representative in the International Fertilizer Industry Association (IFA) and the European Petrochemical Association (EPCA), Member of the Board of Directors in KGHM International.

European Fertilizer Manufacturers Association (currently Fertilizers Europe),

Investment Procurement Department for Zaklady Azotowe „Pulawy” S.A., Head of the
Acquisition and Coordination Team for PROZAP. In addition, Mr Jarczewski was a
member of supervisory boards in subsidiaries owned by Zaklady Azotowe „Pulawy”
S.A. and of the Supervisory Board of Baltycka Baza Masowa sp. z o.o.

Mr Jarczewski is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Foreign Trade
Faculty, Master of Science in economics and organisation of foreign trade.
