Mr. Donnet graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique and the Institut des Actuaires Français in Paris. He has a vast experience in insurance and business at an international level. In particular between 1985 and 2007, Mr. Donnet worked with the AXA Group, holding many offices in France, Italy (CEO AXA Italy) and then Regional CEO South Europe, Middle East, Latin America and Canada, Chairman and CEO of AXA Re and Corporate Solutions Axa e in Asia (CEO AXA Japan and Regional CEO Asia Pacific) where he was responsible for managing turnaround programs and the reorganization process of the insurance companies. From 2007 to 2010 he was Managing Director Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, for the private equity company Wendel Investissement, and from 2010, he contributed to the setting up of the investment company HLD. From 2013 to 2016 he served as Country Manager Italy & CEO of Generali Italia S.p.A.
