Piyush is a public policy professional having experience working with government, NGOs, and corporates in India and Singapore. He has worked on a wide range of issues, including electronic manufacturing, economic growth, emerging technologies, global value chains, and trade policy.
He currently works with the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, World Economic Forum, where he is responsible for managing overall strategy in India to build communities of decision makers in the government and industry focusing on the adoption and regulation of Space Economy. He has also worked on projects including AI, Agritech and Advanced Manufacturing at the Forum. Prior to this, he worked with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology on policies to promote the electronic manufacturing sector in India.
Piyush obtained his undergraduate education in engineering at NSIT, Delhi and holds a graduate degree from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore where he was an Asian Development Bank scholar.
