Rich Yang brings over 25 years of international expertise in medical technology innovation, product development, and commercial strategy, specializing in wearable biosensors and digital health solutions. Rich served as an inventor, operator and investor to commercialize breakthrough technologies that improve and restore metabolic health. His extensive leadership background includes two decades at leading medical device companies including Medtronic and Dexcom. Rich began his career in the medical device sector with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), being part of the original team that launched the CGM category, which helped him gain valuable commercial experience at Medtronic Diabetes. More recently, Rich spent nearly ten years at Dexcom in an executive leadership role alongside the team that built a strong foundation for successful growth. He is a named inventor in dozens of wearable biosensor patents and a keynote speaker at health technology conferences. Rich was recently named as a finalist in EY's 2024 Entrepreneur of the Year program and he is currently the CEO at Biolinq. Rich received his B.S. degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
