Robert Mathis is a Senior Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Tokyo office and is member of our Operations practice global operating committee. He oversees our Operations practice in Asia-Pacific as well as Operations talent and people development globally. Robert has also significantly contributed to McKinsey’s research on Industry 4.0, IoT, and how Japanese companies can capture future business opportunities. He is also leader of McKinsey’s IoT Center Japan and our partnership with WEF and METI in C4IR Japan.
