Passion for nature led to become a director of the Canadian Capitals Coalition Chapter and works with multi-disciplinary experts to devise innovations to manage Canada’s natural assets and aims to propel Canada to a position of global leadership in natural capital management. Passion for building compassionate and resilient communities led to co-founding Local Investing YYC, a local investment cooperative that raises community capital and invests in businesses that have a triple bottom line. Co-Chair, World Economic Forum Global Shaper Climate and Environment Steering Committee. Serves on the Technical Working Group for the Climate Disclosure Standards Board. CPA, CA, BComm. in Energy Management. Member of the Board, Trans Canada Trail, an iconic organization that built the world’s longest recreational trail and The Canadian Nature Museum Foundation.
