Rosanna Chan is an Economist in the World Bank Group's Transport and ICT Global Practice. Her work focuses on new strategies to increase access and opportunities in the digital economy in developing economies. She has an extensive background in facilitating the growth of tech ecosystems and leveraging innovation and technology to facilitate economic growth, create jobs, and alleviate poverty. Rosanna has a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Chinese from the University of Melbourne. She holds an MA and a PhD in Economics from the University of Michigan.
