Samantha Zhu is Accenture’s Chairperson and Market Unit Lead for Greater China. She leads a team of more than 10,000 professionals that offer broad range of services, solutions and assets across Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Operations, Industry X and Accenture Song to a wide variety of multinational and Chinese clients across industries.
Samantha joined Accenture in 1997 and became a managing director in 2009. She has been a member of Accenture Greater China Market Unit Council since 2010. During her 20+ years with Accenture, Samantha has taken various leadership roles in Accenture Greater China, including Client Group Lead of Communications, Media & Technology, Lead of Operations, Human Capital and Diversity Lead and the Corporate Citizenship Council Lead.
Samantha holds Bachelor of Arts from Shanghai Fudan University. She is currently based in Shanghai.
