Saskia Warren

Lecturer in Human Geography, University of Manchester

I joined Manchester in January 2015 as a Lecturer in Human Geography, and became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in 2017. My research engages with voices excluded or marginalised in discourse, policy and practice in the distinct yet overlapping fields of the cultural and creative economies. In particular my research attends to geographies of creativity and difference, with especial interest in matters of faith and religion, notions of ethnicity, culture, gender, and spaces of education and labour.
