Provided legal advice relating to online commerce and payment systems, data security, privacy, tax, technology standards setting, IP, financial instruments structuring, supply-chain risk mitigation, banking and telecommunications. Currently, with University of Washington - Center for Information Assurance and Cybersecurity (CIAC) and Information Risk Research Initiative (IRRI) researching and developing distributed, socio-technical frameworks for measurement and stabilization of interactions in emerging areas involving data, information and identity issues.
