Sebastián is an accomplished digital and ICT expert with significant experience in driving collective action and public policy advocacy in Latin America. He has been the Head of Latin America at the GSMA, the global mobile industry association for 8 years, putting this organisation on a leading role as an industry broker and thought leader in that region. He created convening, sustainability and advocacy initiatives that today shape the digital public-private-academy interaction and policymaking in Latin America. He is a Member of the Internet for All Advisory Committee for Argentina of the World Economic Forum. Sebastian is a Fulbright grantee and a scholar of University of California, San Diego's Global Policy and Strategy School and an economist of Universidad Nacional del Sur of Argentina.
