Before joining the Ministry of Energy and Infastructure in 2020, H.E Sharif Salim Al-Olama held several leading techno/commercial positions in ADNOC including, Senior Vice President (Upstream Strategy, Portfolio Planning & Performance Management), Head of ADNOC's Executive Office, Senior Vice President (Onshore Gas Assets), Vice President (ADNOC's Southeast Fields Operations) and Vice President (Engineering and Projects).
H.E Sharif Salim Al-Olama's extensive experience, especially in the oil & gas and energy industry, includes Strategical Planning, Engineering, Project Management, Performance Management, Investment and Operations.
H.E Sharif Salim Al-Olama received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colarado in Denver. USA, the latter being in 1998.
