Shiro Nakata is an Education Consultant for the Education Team in the World Bank\'s Human Development Unit, and works for higher education and skills development projects inBangladesh focusing on monitoring and evaluation. Previously he worked on education projects in Asia, Middle East and Africa for 10 years under different development partners.He earned his PhD at Kobe University, and also has MA in Economics from Kobe University and MRes in Social and Educational Research from Institute of Education, London University.
