How can SMEs become data-driven enterprises?
SMEs addressing their data readiness needs is a strategic imperative that can drive efficiency, unlock growth potential and propel their productivity.
Dr. Soumyadeb Chowdhury is Associate Professor of Sustainability Management and Digital Analytics at TBS Education, France within the Information, Operations and Decision Sciences department. He is the head of TBS Center of Excellence on Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility (SD-CSR). His research currently focusses on Circular Economy, Sustainability in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), Digital analytics for smart decision-making, and Emerging technologies adoption and management, and SMEs’ Employee mental health and wellbeing. His research projects have received grants from the British Council, Newton-Royal Academy of Engineering (RAE), UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), Economic and Social Research Council, French National Research Agency (ANR), collaborating with academic and SMEs practitioners across the world in both emerging and developed economies. These grants have led to delivering projects on developing sustainable, low carbon and employee-centric practices as well as facilitating data-driven green and lean decision-making in SMEs.
