Stephanie Trautman is the Client Growth Officer at Wipro. Prior to joining Wipro, she served in various leadership roles for the past seven years at Accenture. Most recently, she was the Managing Director and Diamond Client Account Lead for one of Accenture’s global 150 Insurance clients. She also served on Accenture’s Global Leadership Council and the Northeast Leadership team as the Diamond Client Account Lead Sponsor, helping to launch the next generation of account leaders. Prior to that role, she led sales for Accenture’s Financial Services business in North America, leading the group to double-digit growth. Before joining Accenture, Stephanie was a Vice President at CSC, now DXC, holding various leadership roles including sales leader for a global, large deal sales team, a North American sales team focused on the midsize market and the Manufacturing vertical. She is also passionate about diversity, having led inclusion and diversity initiatives, mentored colleagues and building very diverse, global teams.
She is an accomplished leader, with over three decades of experience, who has led client accounts to profitable growth, global and regional sales teams to deliver exponential growth and managed large global pursuits offering innovative, differentiated solutions to clients. Her experience in market development, high performance team building and global C-Suite client relationship management across industries, positions her well to lead this ambitious portfolio for Wipro.
Stephanie holds an MBA degree from Xavier University, Ohio and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Kentucky. She lives in Cincinnati, OH, with her fiancé, Andy, and has two children, a daughter, Harper (22) and son Will (20). She enjoys golf, hiking, walking the beach, college basketball, reading, and exploring new cultures through travel.
