Diversity and inclusion policies are at threat – here’s how to keep them on track

Supriya Jha is the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at SAP. Supriya has been an architect of impactful and successful Diversity & Inclusion programs for over 17 years at various organizations. In her current role at SAP, Supriya is key in ensuring all stages of the employee journey are inclusive of all employees with focused efforts to attract, retain and motivate a diverse talent pool. She is also responsible for enabling leaders to take accountability for building and maintaining an inclusive organization and culture. Supriya has a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, USA, and a Post Graduate degree in Communications from Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad India. She is recognized as a Top D&I professional by several publications, has been awarded the 2018 Consortium of Urban Professionals Catalyst award, a New Jersey State Proclamation, and other accolades for her contributions to the community.
