Taylor Hawkins

Taylor is the Managing Director of Foundations for Tomorrow, a non-profit that supports leaders in unlocking the full potential of our future. Taylor is also an advisor to the United Nations Foundation's Our Future Agenda initiative and an experienced leadership development specialist who designs and delivers programs for organisations such as Google, Salesforce and CSIRO.

Taylor sits on the Advisory Board of the World Economic Forum’s Global Foresight Network alongside world-renowned futurists and government leaders. Taylor is also part of the Executive Leadership Team of the Network of Institutions for Future Generations, collaborating with policy leaders and innovators to safeguard the future for generations to come.

Through her non-profit, Foundations for Tomorrow, Taylor convenes the Australian Parliamentary Group for Future Generations, bringing together 24 Federal Members and Senators of Parliament to discuss innovative governance strategies and policy proposals to protect our collective future, and chairs the Intergenerational Fairness Coalition. This year, Taylor is working closely with two Members of Parliament on a cross-partisan initiative to introduce a proposal for legislative reform to protect future generations.

Taylor is also a managing consultant with Leading Initiatives Worldwide, where she specialises in designing enterprise leadership development programs and equipping leaders to navigate and thrive within the evolving leadership landscape.

Taylor’s work has been recognised through the NSW Young Australian of the Year Award (finalist), Smart Company’s 30 under 30, the NSW Young Achiever Awards (finalist), YAIIA’s Young Women to Watch in International Affairs, the MBAus Awards Social Impact Awards and was selected as one of the 12 global Kofi Annan Changemakers for 2023.
