As Member of the Investment Committee of the Risk Capital Asset Fund Angolan (FACRA), economist Teodoro Poulson leads the overall investment strategy of the Fund and the provision of investment opportunities in Angola and throughout the region of sub-Saharan Africa. Before that, in the period from May 2003 to September 2013, Poulson worked as a money market trader at the National Bank of Angola (BNA), the central bank of the country. In this paper, Poulson was responsible for operating the asset management of the investment portfolio of the bank, and also played in the BNA external debt analyst role. Alongside these duties, Poulson was not full professor of Macroeconomics chair at the Institute of International Relations and Social Sciences in Angola.
