Tyrone Berger

PhD Candidate, Monash University

Tyrone Berger is a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Law at Monash University, researching patents, competition law and technology standards. Tyrone\'s thesis is entitled \'An access regime for the compulsory licensing of patents in Australia: Resolving the conflicts between Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) and technological standardisation\'. Tyrone also works as a sessional law lecturer (JD Program) in the Graduate School of Business and Law at RMIT University.
