In the Forum has led research efforts across the Global Gender Gap Reports; the Human Capital Reports; the Future of Jobs Reports; Reskilling Revolution Reports; Accelerating Gender Parity Toolkit; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion 4.0 Toolkit; Skills Taxonomy; Skills as the Currency of the Labour Market Report; and Jobs of Tomorrow Report. Previously managed the GFC on Equality and Inclusion, and the GFC on New Metrics. Over ten years of experience in research across academic and applied settings with a strong focus on identity, equity, future of work, and skills with a cross-cutting focus on social justice.
