Africa could feed the world - if it overcomes these key challenges
African governments must not just focus on increasing their food production but on creating quality products that can compete globally.
Vivian Maduekeh, is the Founder and Managing Principal of Food Health Systems Advisory Africa (FHS Africa), which works towards improving food safety systems. She holds a BSc (hons) in Food Science and Technology and a Master’s degree in International Health and Tropical Medicine from the University of Oxford, UK where she was an ExxonMobil scholar.
