Yetnebersh Nigussie is an Ethiopian human rights lawyer who advocates for the promotion and protection of "all human rights, for all human beings." Nigussie has contributed to change perceptions on disabilities in Ethiopia and internationally. In September 2017, Yetnebersh was named a joint winner of the Right Livelihood Award, the "Alternative Nobel Prize". she is the co-founder of the Ethiopian Center for Disability and Development(ECDD).
