Zoran Bogdanovic is CEO of Coca-Cola HBC, a strategic bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company and a growth-focused Consumer Packaged Goods business. As CEO, Zoran leads more than 32,000 employees across Coca-Cola HBC’s 29 countries on 3 continents, and is responsible for the sustainable growth and evolution of the business. He also serves as a member of Coca-Cola HBC’s Board of Directors.
Consistently ranked as a beverage leader in sustainability by the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, Coca-Cola HBC is committed to creating value for all its stakeholders, for the long-term. Zoran personally oversees this agenda, with a particular focus on the company’s sustainable packaging strategy. In 2021, Zoran announced Coca-Cola HBC’s commitment to achieve net zero emissions across the company’s entire supply chain by 2040.
Zoran is passionate about fostering a values-based culture where all employees can achieve their full potential. He has a commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as the business drives towards its target of 50% of leadership roles held by women by 2025. He is a signatory to the LEAD Europe Network CEO pledge to accelerate gender equality and inclusion and has also acted as a judge for the WeQual awards, which identifies and showcases female leaders ready for C-suite level.
Prior to his appointment as CEO in 2017, Zoran was Region 3 Director, covering 13 countries. He was General Manager of Croatia (2004-2008), Switzerland (2008-2011) and Greece (2011-2013). Zoran holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics. He also completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Programme.
