Boomitra provides a platform for farmers to sell carbon credits to companies seeking to offset their emissions. The third winner, WildAid, a non-profit organization dedicated to safeguarding marine ecosystems.
Acción Andina, a grassroots initiative working to conserve the region's precious forest ecosystems; and last winner GRST, has developed innovative technologies for manufacturing and recycling lithium-ion batteries, reducing the environmental footprint of electric vehicle batteries.
These initiatives exemplify the transformative power of innovation and collective action in addressing the planet's sustainability challenges. With continued support and investment, these solutions have the potential to make a significant impact in safeguarding our planet for future generations.
